The root of your problem is.

java.lang.VerifyError: class loading constraint violated (class: com/ibm/db2/jcc/c/bb method: getSQLJLogWriter()Lcom/ibm/db2/jcc/SQLJLogWriter at pc: 0

A quick google shows that other people are having problems with a "known bug" in WAS 6.1 and the suggested fix is to "navigate to the Apps Server server property and check the "development mode" flag."

Are you using WAS 6.1 ?
If not where and which version of DB2 drivers are you using ?

I am using was 6.1 and DB2 9 version.
How to set the deployment mode :s

From memory there is a checkbox on the server page in the Administration console but I'm not running WAS so can't check.

I also googled the following reference.

You may also wish to check on the IBM knowledge bases to see if this problem is fixed, there may be a service pack or a work around.
