topic Security classification in Alfresco Archive

Good day, everybody,

has anybody built a securitysystem with alfresco, which allows for object-related classification of documents, which behave differently than the space rights? How is this handled ?

Example : A "top secret" document is part of the project documentation and should be stored in the project folder. Later on, someone else comes and publishes a report including some attachments (one of the the "top secret" doc) and someone else exports the spaces or archives them. you could all it "geheim" or whatever else as well.

I wonder :

How is this "top secret" special access level integrated into the security concept?

Did you extend the securityawareness for another metadate field ?

Or is it a special subgroup in the regular tree ?

Regards, Norgan

you would have to code the classification in the document itself.
