Will it be ok for my customer to download large files ?

2/ What about the interface, is it possible that after login my customer only see their documents and doesn't need to click on a lot of links and so on… ?
Currently Alfresco looks too complex for my point of view, with many stuf …

3/ Shall i wait the V3 or can start to use this one ?

Thanks
