Hi Adam,

Sounds like a strange issue, you mind sending the username of the user? Doubt that is the problem but it could be worth checking.

To clear the users dashboard do the following:

1.
Point your FTP client against localhost:21 (if your running the ftp client on the same machine as your alfresco server) and login as admin.
If you have problems connecting, check the alfresco servers log to see the port wasn't already taken by another application, if that is the case make sure to config your server to use another port. Instructions how to do this can be found here:
Alfresco version < 3.2 http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/File_Server_Configuration
Alfresco version >= 3.2 http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/File_Server_Subsystem

2. Change dir to AVM/sitestore/{ALFRESCO VERSION}/DATA/alfresco/site-data/components

3. Remove all files that matches the following pattern:
page.component-<columnIndex>-<columnPosition>.user~<userName>~dashboard.xml

That shall at least make your user get a clean dashboard.

Good luck!

Cheers,

:: Erik
