    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did read through the forums and found plenty of similar issues, but to real resolution. Using labs 3.0, running on SLES 10, I cannot get accented characters to work properly, using the SharePoint protocol. Ie, I can browse to a site and all filenames and folder names look OK, but if I select a file containing an accented character and try to open in, Word comes back with:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Cannot open &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://10.0.20.26:7070/alfresco/lag/documentLibrary/fr20082009/2008-2009H¶Ãstsession_index.doc" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://10.0.20.26:7070/alfresco/lag/documentLibrary/fr20082009/2008-2009H¶Ãstsession_index.doc&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The correct filename is "2008-2009Höstsession_index.doc" ie contains Odiaeresis&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I cannot seem to find anywhere to configure this. If I use plain WEBDav, then it works.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
