You shouldn't care about the implementation of the content stores.

However to answer your question, "yes" to all of them.

Just had a question. I'm new to Alfresco Share. I want to know how, after deleting an item, it can be retrieved in a user friendly way. Thanks for your help.

Currently Share doesn't support an "undelete" function, but you can use the Explorer web client for this.
