no hay link de edicion en linea alfresco 4.2.c

Hola a todos, estoy usando alfresco share 4.2.c y el caso es que al subir un documento en mi repositorio no puedo encontrar el link de edicion en linea, he ojeado mucho en los foros pero no lo consigo, mi alfresco esta instalado en windows7 y uso chrome.Si alguien que ya lo haya visto puede ayudarme

La edición online con el protocolo sharepoint solo funciona en los sites y con internet explorer.

Hola, cybermakoki,
Gracias por responder, pero te cuento que ya he configurado mi global.properties y el parametro BasicAuthLevel y ni en un sitio y con internet explorer como tu dices funciona la edicion en linea.
Ahora he visto en otros foros que si se puede lograr la edicion en linea en el repositorio, he seguido este post https://code.google.com/p/alfresco-share-online-edition-addon/
pero no me funciona.

Alguna idea?

Hola Angymar,

Pues ese addon lo hemos desarrollado en mi empresa jejeje pero solo funciona con LibreOffice < 4.0.4.

Para que te funcione en windows tienes que modificar el registro, tal y como se indica en la descripción del addon.

Si tienes alguna duda me comentas.

Mira yo realice la instalacion por defecto que trae el wizard de Alfresco 4.2.c, la verdad no se que version de libreoffice me instala, pero te resumo lo que hice:
1.- borre C:\Alfresco\libreoffice
2.- Instale libreoffice 4.0.4
    este es mi directorio de instalacion
    C:\LibreOfficePortable\App\libreoffice\program\soffice.exe
3.- pegue zk-online-edition-0.2.jar en Alfresco\tomcat\shared\lib
4.- ejecuto el archivo davhandler.reg
    en este archivo he cambiado mi ruta de instalacion de mi libreoffice, imagino que debo hacerlo asi
    @="\"C:\\LibreOfficePortable\\App\\libreoffice\\program\\soffice.exe\" \"%1\""
5.- He instalado esta actualización para Windows Web Folders (KB907306)
6.- He cambiado los valores:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Webclient\Parameters\BasicAuthLevel –> Type: DWORD Value: 2
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\Internet\BasicAuthLevel –> DWORD y Valor: 2
7.- He cambiado en mi global properties l aruta de mi soffice.exe
    ooo.exe=C:/LibreOfficePortable/App/libreoffice/program/soffice.exe

Y resulta que:
1.- puedo previsualizar solo algunos archivos de office 2007 y otros no,
2.- ya tengo los link de edicion en linea que antes no estaban pero al dar clin sobre editar en linea simplemente no hace nada

No se que puedo estar haciendo mal, si tienes alguna sugerencia lo agradezco mucho,mucho.
Adjunto mi log.

Hola Angymar,

Pues varias cosas:

1. Los valores que has modificado son solo para la edicion online con microsoft office, por lo que para este caso no son necesarios. (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE y HKEY_CURRENT_USER).
2. No cambies el global.properties, eso es para las transformaciones, y es mejor que uses el que viene con Alfresco, es posible que por eso no te funcionen las previsualizaciones, que por cierto te has cargado el que viene con Alfresco.. xD

Puedes pegar el contenido del davhandler.reg para revisar si algo está mal? con que navegadores has probado? yo hice una prueba el otro dia con el portable y no tuve ningún problema. Supongo que has probado a ejecutarlo y funciona bien, no?

La primera vez que le das al link deberia preguntarte con que programa quieres abrir el documento, que te debería salir el Libreoffice por defecto.

Te cuento que instale el libreoffice y ya logro editar en linea pero solo lo hago desde mi servidor, si accedo desde otra maquina no hace nada, tengo que configurar algo del lado del cliente, mis clientes tienen office 2003, 2007 y 2010.

Me alegro de que hayas podido hacerlo funcionar, supongo que seria un tema del libreoffice portable.

El modulo necesita que hagas los cambios en el registro y que tengan instalado el libreoffice en todos los ordenadores que vayan a utilizarlo, igual que el plugin de microsoft office.

Esto son requerimientos del cliente. Si no lo ves factible, lo mejor será que intentes configurar la edición online con sharepoint, pero necesita cambios en el cliente igualmente…

En varios foros he visto contrubución de tu parte y recurro a ti a ver si me das alguna pista con este tema,…porque estoy urgida por hacer funcionar la edicion en linea en alfresco 4.2.c community en linux con postgres,.. instale el addon http://addons.alfresco.com/addons/edit-online-libreoffice-openoffice, y me aparecio el item en el menu pero, no me funciona la edicion….firefox (V 28) me tira esto:La dirección no resulta comprensible…Firefox no sabe cómo abrir esta dirección, porque el protocolo (dav) no está asociado con ninguna aplicación.

segun lo indicado en la documentacion, registramos el protocolo en el S.O server y tambien, ajustamos el mimetype .rdf de firefox del cliente.

Instalamos Libre office / openoffice en el servidor y en los clientes,…cambiamos el property a esto :

Aprecio mucho que tomaras tiempo para responder, bueno si realizamos todo lo que el link q envias indica pero sin resultados positivo:-(…es decir:
registramos el protocolo en el servidor(linux), le agregamos las variales en about:config firefox(v28), ajustamos el miemtype.rdf. Ahora veo que en el catalina out tiene esto…no se si a ti te dice algo??

Si, a pesar que seguimos todo lo indicado en el link sugerido (registrar protocolo en servidor linux, agregar las variables en about:config de firefox(v28), ajustar el mimetype.rdf del fierfox CLIENTE, …) aun nada!!. Olvide comentarte antes que al ajustar el property con ooo.enabled=false y Jodconverter.enabled=true, dejo de funcionar el preview de documentos,….estoy viendo el archivo catalina.out y tiene lo siguiente, no sé si a ti te dice algo, que me pueda ayudar a ver donde esta el error???
