You can write a simple javascript file to create a copy of the current document and name it as per your business rules. Copy the javascript file into Data Dictionary. Select the More Details action for the file you want to email out, and then select Run Action -&amp;gt; Execute a script -&amp;gt; Select your script. You sould be able to configure this as a Content rule too. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;See javascript api: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/JavaScript_API" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/JavaScript_API&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It should be possible to add water mark to Office documents through Open Office.
