Hello,Using Alfresco version 3.0.0 (Stable 1526) schema 1002 i have done the following1 created a space under User Homes called TESTACP2 added a sample word file into this TESTACP space3 added a category to this file4 exported the TESTACP to testacp.acp file5 deleted content in TESTACP space6 import

Did you ever work out what the problem was? I also am having trouble assigning categories to documents using an acp.

I don't think, he solved the problem - I have it too - I think this is simply (still) an issue.

I tried finding an open bug regarding that but as I couldn't find one, I filed a new one:
https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ALFCOM-3192

Thanks for your reply. If the Alfresco team fixes this bug, will it mean I'll have to upgrade to a new version of alfresco, or will it be a patch?

Never seen single patches so far.
