Hi all,in my system i used the api to connnecting to Alfresco WS. Well, I need to reach this repository from remote machine (in the same network, for instance). I know i must set the file webservice-client.properties but where do i put it? In /conf subdirectory of jboss? Where?Bye and thanks in adv

Hi,

Create a folder under conf called alfresco and add the webserviceclient.properties.


  …/conf/alfresco/webserviceclient.properties

Hi RivetLogic,
probably i commit some error explaning my problem because I need to connect my application client on a machine (192.168.200.216) on a Alfresco occurence on a other machine (http://192.168.200.222:8080/alfresco/api). We start jboss as with Alfresco with option "-b 0.0.0.0": I can see Soap message in Firefox on my client. In my application i try to put in WEB-INF folder …/conf/alfresco/webserviceclient.properties but I obtain just 404 error message. If useful the content of my file is

Hi,

I guess you have appropriate version of alfresco-web-service-client.jar in your classpath.

webserviceclient.properties should be in the classpath.

Add the file to server/default/conf/alfresco folder or under WEB-INF/classes/alfresco of your war.
