The Engine column &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG style=": ; color: #FF0000; text-decoration: underline;"&gt;MUST&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; be "InnoDB" for all tables.&amp;nbsp; If not, then virtually every rollback (and they can occur for many, many reasons) will be leaving corrupt data lying around.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You will need to:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;UL&gt;Shut Alfresco down&lt;BR /&gt;Alter the tables (&lt;A href="http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/alter-table.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/alter-table.html&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;BR /&gt;Configure in the correct Hibernate dialect for InnoDB&lt;BR /&gt;Restore to a backup that didn't have the (blocking) data corruption&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then, plan to:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;UL&gt;Upgrade to 2.1 Enterprise&lt;BR /&gt;Upgrade to 3.0&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If data issues exist, it'll take a bit more effort to fix the corruption(s).&amp;nbsp; Usually, the upgrade scripts identify these nicely.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
