From the User guide, it seems like there is NO readily available service type which sends emails, but instead I will have to specify the activity:type="mail" in my XXX.bpmn20.xml and the activiti.properties file.&nbsp; </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>This way of creating a mail service task seems dangerous to me as there are chances of the XXX.bpmn20.xml file getting corrupted.
