I'm trying to create a new user. The rather unhelpful error message just tells me ….."Failed to create Person due to error: Not implemented"I have no clue where the error might lie - any ideas gratefully accepted.RgdsJS

It's a production system, so unfortunately I can't stop it. Any other way of doing this ?

The option for me to 'create new users' has disappeared ! Maybe my cache has been updated and the error message was just saying that i didn't have the relevant permissions to create new users, even though I had the option on my screen at that point?
