    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I believe you are installing alfresco on windows os.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think the problem may be because when you install alfresco, the alfresco server is installed as a windows service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But when you uninstall it, it is not removed from the windows service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can try removing the alfresco service and then re-installing the labs version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
