I'm not following 100% here. Where are you specifying the conditions? On the sequence flow?
Which forms are showing?

Typically, you only should see the 'inline' forms of the process model and the general reusable forms.

Hi Jbarrez,

Yes, I tried to specify the conditions on the sequence flow of 'Exclusive Gateway'.
I tried to use both inline forms and reusable forms.
Out of 5 forms that i added as reusable forms, only two forms are getting populated in the 'form field'/ 'form output'.
Even for inline forms too, the forms were not populated in the 'form field'/ 'form output'.

Okay, very odd. Could you also show those 5 forms with a screenshot?

Could you create an app with that process and export it (as a zip) and attach here?

I've been looking into your model, but the process model is missing sequence flow between many steps. The zip also only contains one form.
Did you import this process from somwhere else (I see you're using Activiti Cloud)? How did you create this model, cause the errors I'm seeing make very little sense …

Thats odd.. The model that i shared is same as the one in screenshot attached in previous posts. I imported the same model only.
If there are errors in the model, the system wont allow the user to deploy it. Hence i validated the model and no errors i could see.

I have provided the screenshot in previous post , for the forms that I use.

Sure, but I cannot reproduce it cause the model is broken. What do you see when you go to the model page? When I go there, I see missing sequence flow.

Hi Rajan,
I just downloaded the zip you provided in the latest link and tested it in a clean instalation of Activiti. (1.3)
1. Deployed the Demo.zip application into my Activiti.
2. I can see the process model and the sequence flows looks ok now.
3. there are a few conditions like "thing=4" or "thing = 4"
4. I verified for all the user tasks and there is no form related to these tasks. (I guess you used reusable forms which are not included in the exported zip)
5. Created some inline forms and I can see the fields from these forms and I can also see the forms in the form outcome / form fields dropdown when editing conditions.

Please let me know If I should do something special in order to reproduce this issue.

Hi Dirla,

I am back to square one.. I created everything afresh.
I imported the workflow to my new activiti account. Created Inline forms for the workflow.
Its a streak of bad luck that my inline forms are not getting loaded when i try to specify the flow condition, again!!
I am not sure what goes wrong. I created four inline forms out of which , only one form details are getting loaded when I specify the flow condition.

btw: the last download link you posted points to an empty json file just "{}" inside the file

I use Activiti cloud version Alfresco Activiti Enterprise BPM Suite v1.2.2 in the URI https://activiti.alfresco.com/activiti-app/
Its strange that the zipped folder sometimes possess empty files.

Hi,
I also had the similar problem and found work around for this.
When you want to link the like email task from decision box, you just configure it for an user task and configure it properly with your form & field variables. Once is it done successfully, then you can connect it back with your actual tasks like email or some other tasks which are not appearing in the small popup as mentioned in the image.
