    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;we are trying to set up environment where people are editing Adobe documents (indesign, pdf, photoshop) via CIFS. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have problems with CIFS disconnecting the Mapped drive constantly and therefore damaging open files. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Especially while using SAVE AS function from InDesgin or Acrobat we encounter the message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;MESSAGE: The last packet successfully received from the server was61180 seconds ago.The last packet sent s&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;uccessfully to the server was 61180 seconds ago, which&amp;nbsp; is longer than the server configured value of 'wai&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;t_timeout'. You should consider either expiring and/or testing connection validity before use in your appl&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ication, increasing the server configured values for client timeouts, or using the Connector/J connection&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;property 'autoReconnect=true' to avoid this problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;can you give us any help how to do it or where to find more info?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ok.. we have run out of our possibilities that we can (know how to) try. Now we are downgrading back to 2.1, where editing files via CIFS is working fine. We will keep trying to make it work in 3.0, because the funcionallity of 3.0 is superb and Share is the GUI we really want to use in a long term. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please if you have any advice what should we try…&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;or just let us know.. "yes, we are using it and its working fine..", so we know we are doing somethnig wrong.. .. I will appriciate it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
