Hello Pranjesh,

I too faced the same problem while migrating the data from one instance to another. But for me the below solution worked out and hope so that may work out for you too.

First of all delete all the folders under the dir.root folder i.e. audit.contentstore, backup-lucene-indexes, contentstore, contentstore and lucene-indexes.

Drop the user named alfresco from Oracle Database, which will delete all the tables related to this user from the database.

Again create the user alfresco and grant appropriate privileges to this user.

Set the index.recovery.mode=FULL in repository.properties.

Now restart the alfresco server.

Hope so this solution works out for you.
Please do revert back with your outcomes with the above solution or you have come across with any other.

the same problem occures to me when using the Alfresco SDK and an oracle DB…i've found out that even shuting down the server via script the alfresco user wont disconnect from the DB until i restart my os….this may somehow cause coerence problems into the tablespace i guess.

Hi Sujay! Thanks for posting a reply. I think the problem was there was not enough space allocated for user 'alfresco' in Oracle. It got resolved after the DBA granted unlimited space.

do the following in custom-repository.properties.
db.schema.update=false

then restart the server.
