Hi Steve,

I am sorry , I am not JRuby, Rails and TorqueBx expert. Solution could be simple.
Is Users/stevetuckner/Projects/Open-Org/torquebox/torquetest/config/activiti.cfg.xml present?
(But may be I am wrong.)

I fixed it by putting the activiti.cfg.xml into WEB_INF/classes. Torquebox is a JBOSS server.

What about the question about using JRuby for scripting?

If JRuby implements the JDK scripting engine interfaces, it should work.

I read the forum post you linked to, and the code that is discussed there is uncommented now.

However, the easiest way to check it is to try it out … and let us know if something goes wrong!
