Hi,Please let me know on how to disable download option for the contents created in perticular space. I want users to only upload the files to the content and not download.Please help

Would removing read permission for the uploaded content be sufficient? If you can't see it then you can't download it.

Or do you still want to see the content but not be able to download it? What should your users see?

No we would like to display, allow download but keep the document in read mode only. Is this possible out of box or do we need to configure in specific XML files? Can it be done globally as well? If so, how? I am also hoping no one will be able to check out or make any changes to the document. We just want one person to do changes at a time. We are using Enterprise 3.2 with CIFS and Sharepoint protol enabled.

Hi, Mike.. is it posible? I also need that. same with rtan. users are not allowed to download or change or update the file. they can only view it.

people here talked about Alfresco Premise, what about cloud? how to setting that?
