For that, you would have to do a lot of custom development. And make sure you know what is going on between v2.x and v3.0 before you invest your time in development.

Hello,
I am dealing with the same tasks regarding CAD documents as the original post from James Salt. Is some solution or guideline?
I am especially interested in Extracting/Saving Meta-data and Viewing/Redlining CAD documents directly in alfresco.
