    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To still be able to create groups outside (!) the LDAP-database you have to enable "chaining" in Alfresco.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This allows the program to use both, the LDAP-database to verifiy user logons and its internal user database (containing your newly created groups).       <description>What is the correct procedure to create groups in Alfresco if one uses LDAP synchronization? As it is the system doesn't allow me (administrator) to create groups. It only synchronizes the group (Alfresco) created in Novell?</description>
