Escalation between candidate users

Hi, I have one question suppose user task is assigned to one group,in that group some of candidate users is there,now my question is task is completed by any of the user with in the specified time,if not skip to next user in that group.Is it possible to through multi instance task.Thanks & Re

You could use a boundary timer event and loop back to the user task.

Hi Tijs ,

Sorry ,I am not cleared,If i understand correctly what u told if we can given timer event to itself user task then loop back again then it goes to candidateUser A only right,or it goes to candidateUser B.

eg: Task A is assigned to Group A.In that Group A list of candidate Users are candidate User A,candidate User B,candidate User C etc.
Now we given timer to user task itself it starts from candidateUser A or candidateUser B.

One more in above situation claim and complete the task both with in time right.means it applicable to entire group level all list of candidate Users.How the timer is assigned to each candiateUser one by one.
