Hi,

Yes you are correct.

TimerBoundty event will not trigger directly to MailTask.

I have already spent 1 day for same issue.

After doing below patch work and its worked fine.

I have attached TimerBoundry event to serviceTask first and from serviceTask to MailTask.
You can not call direcly from TimerBoundry event to Mail Task.

Try this and let me know for any problem.

please let me know if you need bpm sample file where i have called mail task many times as per my requirement.
