We're looking at Activiti as a possible replacement for our commercial BPMS.

We've downloaded/installed the engine in our lab, and got everything to work properly in a couple of days - awesome.
We've created fairly complicated test processes and deployed them - and they ran - awesome.
We've tested export/import of processes with our BPA tool and everything works well, except there does not seem to be support for Pools within the explorer or the engine itself.

I looked through the forums and found a couple of posts from 2011 that suggests that pools are not supported. Nothing since then, and
pools being a fairly basic BPMN 2.0 concept, I was hoping to get a sense on whether this is already supported or will be supported shortly. I'd hate to rule this tool out based on something this simple.

Please help!

Regards,

Aleks

You can use a single pool with different lanes in a process-instance. Multiple pools are not supported.
