Configuration to Oracle Database failed

Hello pw688,

the first message tells you that ImageMagick is not properly installed, i.e. the convert program is not found.

Concerning the Oracle messages, please append your custom-repository.properties and custom-hibernate-dialect.properties files.

Thanks for your info.

I did override the following repository properties in my custom-repository.properties:
db.driver=oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver
db.name=alfresco
db.url=jdbcracle:thin:@<machinename>:1521:<database sid>
db.username=alfresco
db.password=alfresco

And override the following Hibernate property in my custom-hibernate-dialect.properties:
hibernate.dialect=org.hibernate.dialect.OracleDialect

And I changed everything according to the configuration instruction. What else do I need to do?

I have had the same problem, caused by IllegalStateException- No User Transaction Is Active - although I am working with MySql.
The problem was, that Alfresco could not connect to the data base (in my case, I forgot to add the privilegies to my alfresco user).
Perhaps you can use this as a hint?

Have you made sure that your 'alfresco' user in Oracle has appropriate permissions to the schema/tablespace you have created for them?
