I also have problem to view the webinars online !
After input my email and enter i got a windows of WebEx Player with the title "Playback in progress" and an error message : "setup was unsuccessful. please try again ….error(106). There was a file "atgpcdec.EXE" to download but when i execute it there is an error !!!!

can you tell me how to download these webinars ?

I cannot download them anymore. There use to be a download link which I assume is now after the login but it does not go thurther.
