topic BAR files in local Nexus - anyone done this? in Alfresco Archive

I would like to manage Activiti's bar files in our local Nexus and before I mess things up here, I wanted to check if anyone had relevant experience. These are just bar files, not OSGi bundles. Nexus OSS is used here to manage our jar and war artifacts and we would like to add Activiti's bar files. I would think the way to make this work with Nexus would be a plugin, but I am also looking into if this helps "[NXCM-5422] - Nexus Archive Browser Plugin does not work with .bar files" a fix in 2.7.

I think the ultimate use case would be to integrate with Activiti Designer - but any help at this time would be appreciated.

You could also store the bundle as JAR or WAR in Nexus and do a rename to .BAR when needed.

Best regards,

Tijs - Thanks, that is the current practice. I will see what is involved in making a plugin for Nexus - hoping for simple
