    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think I found the reason… there must be something wrong in the "Guest" account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I explicitely assigned to the Guest user the Consumer role on the \CompanyRoot space, then I logged into the Web Client as a guest, and the Company Root link on the toolbar and the Company Root space in the Navigator pane continue to remain invisible…&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is weird…. I believe I will open a support case.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Good news… it turns out that the problem has disappeared once we did the following:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1) disabled LDAP authentication (our Alfesco server is bound to the corporate LDAP server, so all users usually login using their corporate password)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2) removed the Guest account from the Alfresco user database&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3) created a new "guest" account (all lowercase)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4) on the Company Home ACL, re-assigned the consumer role to the "guest" account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;5) re-enabled the LDAP authentication.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It seems the problem was happening because our "guest" account had been defined as "Guest" (with the first G in upper case)…&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
