Are you using the latest version of the Activiti Designer? Should be in there.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I've finally resolved the issue. When I was creating a project for my diagrams in Eclipse I was regularly choosing "General" as project type. It turns out that project type has to be "Activiti Project", and it seems like this "detail" is allowing me right now to use "Open process in new diagram" feature.
