      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The simplest way would be to constrain it through security.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I.e. if "edit documents" permission does not exist, or assigned to no &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;group, then you can't edit documents.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just like you can add new functionality (like aspects, UI elements), you can also remove it.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For things like versioning, you can remove versionable aspects from configuration files.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Wiki pages for customization should be relevant here. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cheers,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jean&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
