I believe I resolved the issue.

The problem was in my file-servers-custom.xml file. I did not set the broadcast mask correctly. I also added the domain attribute to the host tag, and all was resolved!

Can you please tell what you did for this problem. I am not able to understand the broadcast msk and the domain attribute to the host tag..
