after restore, company_home folder structure incorrect

For some reason after a restore the company_home folder structure is listing the incorrect content. I will try to explian this as best I can.If I have the following folder structure on the original system under company_home:AA/A1A/A1/A2A/A1/A3BB/B1B/B1/B2B/B1/B3‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍So on the original system the

Ok, this is MUCH worse than I thought. I wish I could give a screenshot.

I noticed that ALL FILES in the system are listed under company_home.

Why would this be? All files and folders are listed under company home as well, but they are just pointers I'm sure because the structure is correct after I drill down on the folders.

Can anyone help here?

This is now working. I have NO idea what happened but I did a complete restore again and everything is working.
