Have I been looking in the wrong place?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is little redundancy in the text of the email, so the processTemplate doesn't help much.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
