I've exhausted pretty much all possible solutions I could find. Tried to run Eclispe as an admin, with the -clean option, reinstalled the plugin. The plugin shows up fine and dandy in the installed software within Eclipse, but does not appear anywhere within the 'New' menu or the context menus when I right click any workspace items in the Project/Package Explorer.
