Can you browse nodes in "Node Browser" utility of the webclient?
By the way, you have to add the app:icon property for folders in order to see them icon into the webclient, for txt files or similiar in my experience it depends on the DB you're using to store your repository…just stop & restart the alfresco service and you''ll probably solve your problem.

Yes I can see them perfectly wit the node explorer, I use oracle as B.D. but now I have a folder with a lot of subfolders and documents that I cant manage using web client even if I restartt Alfresco. Is ther any way like for Lucene sincronization that I can change some propierty so that information hide could apear. Or in any case how can I delete that folder, from Node explorer I cant, neither web client. :?

About folders,

Node myfolder = guestHome.addNode("NodeName", "cm:folder");
             myfolder.setProperty("app:icon", "space-icon-default");
             myfolder.setProperty("cm:name","WebClientFolderName");‍‍‍

the code above will create a visible folder in your guestHome webclient space, which you have to retrieve with the getNode method of course. Don't forget to save the session.

About binary files,
you dont need to provide the app:icon property but you have to specify the cm:content node type. I tested the above with oracle & mysql DBs. Fact is that DBs need their commits to be done you know .
In my experience, after the myNode.save() and session.save() are provided and executed i need a server restart to get the nodes being visible thorugh the web client. A more experienced user may help better here with refreshing and coherence manteining between alfresco and the DB.
Node browser can list the nodes immediately anyway, which is the main thing as it means that the node is properly stored and you can work on it.

About deleting node you created via JCR Api, they are removable either with the alfresco web client or via JCR Api, if you cant get them visible you'll need to remove them with the mynode.remove() method necessarily.

Maybe you can paste code here for better support.
