Have you thought about Alfresco Enterprise from Red Hat Exchange (http://rhx.redhat.com/rhx/catalog/products.jspa?categoryId=1010)? It is licensed per user and would be great for a small user installation.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. One of my associates inquired about this option. She was told that the support provided for $2,700 per year would be entirely Web-based with no telephone support. Do you personally know if that is true? That is a lot of money to pay just to have someone answer your submitted queries. I would be much more interested in finding an organization that provides on-call support, even if the per-hour price is somewhat high. Also, I am not clear from reading RedHat's Web site if that $2,700 per year subscription includes anything else, such as a copy of RedHat Enterprise Linux?

Is the Red Hat Exchange version the same as the Enterprise version? Any difference other than the per-user license?

It is the same version. Difference is in the support provided (email only), and per user pricing.

I would like to see more details from Red Hat about what their program offers. But, frankly, I would never sign up for a program in which the sales people do not return phone calls left for them. I do not think that I left any information about the size of my company, so it is not a case of their deciding that they did not want to deal with us because of our size. I am disappointed that they would not even return my phone calls in which I wanted more information about their support program.

Do you work for Red Hat Exchange? If so, I am wonder if you can tell me why the Red Hat Exchange sales people do not returns the calls that are left for them. Also, maybe you could post more information about the Red Hat Exchange program on your Web site.
