Hi, Now I'm making a Japanese language pack on version 1.2 and checking the software with Japanese contents. I found we couldn't download files named with Japanese charactors from the link where we tried to check them out. From normal Contents Item pane we can simply download them with proper name,

Hello,

I have verified this, and raised it in Jira:
http://www.alfresco.org/jira/browse/AWC-564

We thought we caught all of these… sorry.
We'll get it fixed and it will be available in the nightly build once the fix is complete.
