    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think you could write a script that turns off versioning when you upload the document. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Set document.properties.autoVersion=false and document.properties.initialVersion=false then set the version number you want by document.properties.versionLabel="your version number" and finally document.save.
