    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi All.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm trying to install Alfresco 2.1 community ver on Ubuntu 7.10 server 32bit.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've installed and tested mysql and verified that the "alfresco" data's are there.&amp;nbsp; And that mysql is running.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've installed and setup the environment path for Java&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;netserv@alfresco:~$ echo $JAVA_HOME&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;/home/netserv/jdk1.5.0_15/bin/&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've edited the alfresco.sh file to make sure that it points to /opt/alfersco/tomcat&amp;nbsp; (It does).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The problem I'm having is that when I go to /opt/alfresco and type ./alfresco.sh&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; it just goes back to a blinking cursor.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Am I missing something?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I've been reading the forums, but can't find anything that looks like it would help at this point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;TIA&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Louis&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
