If you are using the Bulk Import action to load a ZIP of assets into a user sandbox, please note that there is a checkbox option to denote whether the contained items use high-bit ASCII characters.
If you are importing Traditional Chinese content via ZIP, for example, you will want to make certain you check this. It's necessarily because if we do not note that for when we go to unzip, unzipping
can munge the data.
