How to force re-index document in java

Hi,after a modification in Java code on content of a node, it seems that added content is not indexed.So is there a way to explicity force to be re-indexed content for my modified node ?Best regards.

It should be indexed. The actual content of a doc may be indexed in the background. Which API are you using?

Thx for reply.

i did more investigation and it seems that content is indexed but not all…
My documents are froms in pdf with text area inside.
In my test, it seems that texts in form components (like text area) of my pdf are not indexed.

Do you confirm this ?

Hi

This sounds like the specific transformer used. If there is more than one transformer from the mimetype to text/plain you can try commenting one out to find the best.
