Hello, i need to download a file from a folder of Alfresco with web service of java and i don't get it, please i need help.

Hi,

first you should authenticate using Authentication Web Service (http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Authentication_Web_Service and sample here http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Web_Service_Samples_for_Java).

Use your retrieved session/ticket and navigate to your folder and find your document using repository Web Servicehttp://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Repository_Web_Service

Download Content of your file using Content Web Service http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Content_Web_Service

If you aren't in a SOAP world you should perhaps consider using Web Script instead. Web Script are RESTful services which are more lightweight.

Thanks Jan, now i download the files but they don't open correctly, any idea?
