      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You need to add a rule to the space (or parent space with Inherit on) that Extracts Common Metadata - that will pull out values from the emails when they are uploaded. It should be noted that only Microsoft Outlook format OLE2 msg email files are supported by default.
