I would like to throw one idea.&amp;nbsp; While I was working with Documentum, I was actively participating in EMC's, internal forum which is quite active and helpfull. They have established a system where user who has posted the question has an option to reward a user who has posted an answer with, I think, 5 points if an answer is a solution to a problem, or 2 points if an answer is helpfull but does not really solves the problem entirely.
