This is known issue related to tokenisation which has been fixed.

Which version are you using?

I'm using the 2.1 (2.1.0 Entreprise) and I also have this issue…how can I fix it ?

Hi

This issue is fixed as far as I know. Tokenisation is regardless of locale etc for user name, group id and group membership. If you have the correct code and the patches have been applied there should be no issue.

Can you go to the admin console, system properties screen. You should be able to find what patches have been applied. Can you report this (or find them in the logs)

Please describe your issue in more detail with a concrete example of what does not work. Also describe the upgrade path you have taken.
How and when were your groups created? What is the name of the group? ….
