    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;HI everybody!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;IÃ‚Â´m using Alfresco ECMS Community Network 2.1 to manage diferents documents in my company, the Performance is well but we want to connect our active directory and it have been so complicated. HOwever, We have not had success&amp;nbsp; in spite of we had read and applied all documentation about LDAP and NTLM use. Because of those reasons, we believe that exist some restriction in this version. Is it possible this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I wish someone will answer that question.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for your attention…&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

The setup depends on you understanding your AD setup. The basics are in the config files and usually work out of the box when you add the conenction info and change the settings for AD.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Make sure you can connect and authenticate to your AD server with some other client (like softera).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Set up is simplified into properties files after 2.1. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Andy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
