Thanks for taking the time to respond Luis. You are absolutely correct. When I use Tomcat, on the Admin Console page, I see a message stating that the license is due to expire on 11/21/2007, and I am able to create/update stuff. But when I run the app on WebSphere, I see the below text on the Admin Console page:

Licensed: LICENSE INVALID - Alfresco Repository restricted to read-only capability

I guess this is happening in WebSphere because I am using the war file from the trial download (Tomcat). I have the same files in the WEB-INF/licenses folder on the apps deployed to both app servers. So the trial download must be strictly for Tomcat only (?).

If I don't hear back, I will assume that I need to build a WAR from a community-sdk download and try deploying that to WebSphere.

Thanks!

I have just managed to deploy the alfresco.war file successfully to my WebSphere App Server. I can login as admin, no problems. But I get an error if I try to create content, or a space or a user, any operation. The error is always the same: an Access Denied followed by "The System is currently in r
